Weightloss Week Three Day Three Lite and Easy (Lite n' Easy)

Lite n' Easy Day 3 - Morning to Afternoon
Breakfast: Nut Cluster Crunch with low fat milk. Wholegrain & Oat Toast with Honey

Nut Cluster Crunch is one of my favourite LnE cereals, all of the cereals are pretty good though.

Morning Snack: Dried Apricots

Lunch: Roast Chicken Tender with Beetroot & Baby Leaf Salad and French Vinaigrette
Tropical Crush

This was a pretty yummy salad and I did enjoy it.  It is the third day of chicken and salad though... 
Tropical Crush is diced Pineapple with Passion Fruit juice, it makes it really sweet and yummy.

Afternoon Snack: Raspberry & Apple Crumble
This is okay.  It’s apple custard and raspberry.  The raspberry isn’t very nice though.  This is the same as the LnE deserts.

Dinner: Beef Stroganoff (#73)

I was really surprised by this one, really yummy and I would order it again.

Glasses of water: 7

Additional Items:  Coffee (homemade with low fat milk) 2 sugars
