Weightloss Week Three Day Four Lite and Easy (Lite n' Easy)

Diet breakfast
Lite n' Easy Breakfast
Breakfast: Berry Wheat Bites with low fat milk.  Wholegrain & Oat Toast with Apricot Jam

Really enjoy the berry wheat bites, pretty sure they are the Sanitarium/Weet-Bix ones.

Morning Snack: Orange

Lite and easy lunch
Lite n' Easy Lunch - Beef Burger & an Apple

Lunch: Beef Burger with Sliced Beetroot, Tomato, Baby Spinach and Tomato Sauce on a Round Roll
Seasonal Fruit (Pink Lady Apple)

The bread rolls are tiny, you can see it compared to the apple in the photo.  What I have to do, if I want all the fillings to fit, is to hollow out the top of the bread roll and stuff it all in.  I had to layer the tomato underneath and above the patty to get the whole tomato on there.  It’s really yummy, just tiny.

Afternoon Snack: Popcorn

Love this snack, air popped and salted.  If you can, transfer it to a microwave safe container and heat if for a 30 seconds to a minute until warm, yum.

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise (#1)

I enjoy this dinner, not amazing but still yummy.  It’s one that I order often.

Glasses of water: 6

Additional Items:  Coffee (homemade with low fat milk) 2 sugars
Glass of low fat milk

Exercise: None
