Breakfast: Melted Cheese, Smokehouse Ham and Tomato on a toasted Multigrain Mun
Happy to have this for breakfast J


Morning Snack: Orange

Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognaise Seasonal Fruit (Kiwifruit)

The spaghetti is quite nice.

Afternoon Snack: Almonds, Pretzels & Peanuts

I love this snack, just wish there was more peanuts and more of everything really.

This is pretty yummy, the only thing is that the meat is a little spongy.  I would order it again.

Additional Items:  Homemade Coffee (low fat milk, 2 sugars)
200ml Sprite Zero
