Breakfast: Multigrain Mun with Peanut Butter 
Do you see the way that the bear on the Kraft packaging looks like he is infatuated with that peanut? Yeah, that’s how I feel about peanut butter ;)

Morning Snack: Red Apple

Lunch: Hokkien Stir Fry Noodles and Fruit Salad Fruit Cup

This is pretty yummy, the sauce and the noodles are good, the only thing that lets this lunch down is the fact that it has three tiny pieces of chicken in it, why bother?

Afternoon Snack: Double Chocolate Cake

Double chocolate cake on a diet? Ah, yes please!   If you warm this in the microwave the chocolate chips melt and it's fantastic.  Don't hate me for saying this but the cake is moist. 
Peanut butter and chocolate cake on a diet and in the same day = WINNING!

Dinner: Crumbed Chicken Breast with Wedges (#161)

One of my favourites, really yummy.  I would recommend it and order it again.  The wedges are okay but can sometimes be a little soggy, I haven't tried cooking in the oven.  So many veggies in this one, but no peas ;)

Glasses of water: 8

Additional Items:  Coffee (homemade with low fat milk) 2 sugars
Glass of low fat milk

Exercise: None.
