Hello! Thank you for stopping by!  
My name is Melanie, I'm 32 and my starting weight is 
148.8 kg (328 pounds). 

I aspire to be half the person I am today, with twice the knowledge (maybe even more) about living a healthy lifestyle, with the assistance of Lite n' Easy (Website here) (I'm on the 1200 calorie plan but I eat back the calories I burn off during exercise).  Oh and hopefully control my obsession with Peanut Butter and Nutella, oh my...

 I will also share my whole journey, my daily eats (even the bad ones), my thoughts, feelings, experiences, my weight and exercise. 

I will share my whole journey with you so we can learn, lose and gain life together.  I will also share lessons learned, tips that worked for me and healthy recipes.

I started this blog to make me accountable, share my experiences and hopefully inspire others to join me on my journey.

I know that we can do this together!  Please join me today because none of us should have to lose tomorrow.

  2. Thanks for sharing your journey and for posting the photos of lite n' easy meals. I have been following your blog for a while to see what the meals are like. Well done on your weight loss victories and perseverance. Weight loss isn't easy but you are doing fantastic job.

  3. I wish you luck. It takes a lot of will power and a strong desire to change. I have been on the roller coaster of dieting especially emotionally for quite a while. I hope that your story will help me to make a change for myself. Thank you

    1. Thank you Craig. It is hard but once you have your mind set and are determined, everything falls into place. I did it for my health and I've never looked back. All the best on your journey, you can do anything you put your mind to. :)
