Curbing Cravings
Maybe sometimes the grass is greener :) |
Breakfast: Egg and Smokehouse Ham on a toasted Multigrain Muffin
Eating my breakfast on the grass, that’s how I
roll...on the grass ;)
#Tip: I cook the Egg in the microwave and it only takes 1 minute. Crack the Egg into a microwave safe mug, add 1 Tablespoon of water, whisk and nuke for 1 minute (1200 watt) done! Scoop out the Egg with a Fork or a Spoon and layer between the Ham.
It's not me, it's you Kiwi |
Morning Snack: Kiwifruit Orange
Why have Kiwifruit when you can have an Orange?
Even if it’s not a very good Orange, I still can’t bring myself to eat
Kiwifruit.
Mmmm Mexican |
Lunch: Mexican Chicken Stack
Red Apple
I really enjoy the Mexican Chicken Stack, it
reminds me a lot of the 57
Tortilla Stack dinner so if you like that you would probably enjoy this. I find that there is a little bit of excess
liquid sometimes and it can get a little soggy.
Other than that it’s delicious. The Chicken is minced throughout so there
aren’t big chunks or thigh meat.
More please? :) |
Afternoon Snack: Choc Hazelnut Fruit Mix
My only complaint is that there isn’t enough!
Mmm Peanuts |
Dinner: 96
Chicken with Satay Sauce
I don’t mind this
dinner but I find myself wanting more of a Peanut hit, but I am a little too
obsessed with Peanutery things so that is probably why. ;)
Glasses of water: 6
Mmm Cookie Mmm Ice Cream |
Additional Items: Skinny Cow Ice Cream - Vanilla Cookie
I was baking lots of Chocolate Cakes today for a
kids birthday and the smell of Chocolate was wafting throughout the house. So instead of eating Chocolate or the leftover
Cake, I decided to curb my craving with this Chocolate Cookie with Vanilla Skinny Cow Ice
Cream. (120 calories) Delicious. J
This is exactly why I have healthier or low calorie treats around the house, for situations like these.
I still got my Chocolate fix but without the guilt and empty calories.
Exercise: None
