Lite n' Easy Weight Loss Journey Week 21 - A Crazy Week

Day 1 – Wednesday

I had family staying with me all week and it was just crazy busy all week so I'll hope you'll forgive me for not posting.

Breakfast: Beans n’ Bacon on Soy & Linseed Toast
Homemade Coffee (low fat milk, no sugar)

Morning Snack: Green Apple

Lunch: Tomato Soup with Ciabatta Toast
Additional Item: Hard Boiled Egg

Afternoon Snack: Date & Ginger Cookie & a Pear Cup
Additional Item: Rice Crackers with Blessed & Lucky Cinnamon Stick Peanut Butter and Raisins


Additional Item: Skinny Cow Double Chocolate Sundae

Glasses of water: 8


Exercise: Walk to the beach and back, moderate pace.

Day 2 - Thursday

Breakfast: Creamy Almond & Vanilla Oats
Multigrain Toast with Honey

Morning Snack: Red Apple

Lunch: Sesame Crumbed Tofu with Vegetable Cous Cous, Beetroot Relish with Rocket and Fetta

Afternoon Snack: Peanuts & Rice Crackers


Glasses of water: 6

Additional Items: None

Exercise: None

Day 3 - Friday

Breakfast: Berry Wheat Bites
Soy & Linseed Toast with Strawberry Jam

Morning Snack: Orange

Lunch: Steak & Mushroom Pie
Peach Cup

Afternoon Snack: Rice Crackers with Blessed & Lucky Cinnamon Peanut Butter with Banana and Raisins


Glasses of water: 6

Day 4 - Saturday

Breakfast: Cheese and Tomato toasted Multigrain Sandwich

Morning Snack: Mandarin

Lunch: Sesame Crusted Tofu Salad

Afternoon Snack: Carrot Cake and Coffee

Breakfast: Eggs Benedict
(Egg, Bacon, Baby Spinach and Hollandaise Sauce on Ciabatta Toast)

Lunch: Mediterranean Pizza with melted Cheese

Afternoon Snack: Muesli Cookies

Dinner: Crackers, carrot sticks and dip.

Exercise: Dancing (Clubbing)

Breakfast: Creamy Almond & Vanilla Oats with Strawberry Compote

Morning Snack: Vanilla Yoghurt

Lunch: Beef Burger with
Sliced Beetroot, Tomato, Baby Spinach and
Tomato Sauce on a Round Roll and an Orange

Afternoon Snack: Popcorn

Dinner: 121 Porcupines

Day 7 - Tuesday

Breakfast: Two slices of Fruit n Muesli Toast with Butter (2)


Morning Snack: Mandarin


Lunch: Hokkien Stir Fry Noodles
Pear Cup

Afternoon Snack: Double Chocolate Cake

Dinner: Dinner at a friend’s place: Small piece of Barbecue Steak, Salad, Small Roast Potato and a slice of Paw Paw and Pineapple

Glasses of water: 6
