Afternoon Snack: Date & Ginger Cookie & a Pear Cup
Additional Item: Rice Crackers with Blessed & Lucky Cinnamon Stick Peanut Butter and
Raisins
Additional Item: Skinny Cow Double Chocolate Sundae

Exercise: Walk to the
beach and back, moderate pace.
