Good Morning!
Breakfast: Bacon and Egg Mayo on a toasted Bagel

A great way to start off a Saturday morning.

Morning Snack: Kiwifruit

I skipped this due to nausea and it's Kiwifruit ;)

A salad when it's this cold?
Lunch: Sliced Roast Chicken Breast and Crunchy Corn Salad with Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette
Fruit

Most Lite n' Easy Salads aren't my favourite but I really enjoyed this one.  I loved the Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette but I don't know if this Salad is seasonally appropriate, it was quite cold this day.

Afternoon Snack: Rice Pudding

Now this is seasonally appropriate and I loved it!  I really warmed me up and it is a nice sweet treat.  The Vanilla flavour is a little on the fake side.

Dinner: 31 Lasagne

A warm and comforting dinner for tonight, can't go wrong with Lasagne.

Day 5 - Sunday

Breakfast: Breakfast: Creamy Almond & Vanilla Oats
Soy & Linseed Toast with Plum Jam

I skipped Breakfast this morning, I got busy and had to rush out to an event.

Morning Snack: Orange  Salad

I didn't have my morning snack either.  But around lunch I did have a small serving of Salad, no dressing.

Lunch: Meatballs in Rich Tomato Sauce with Pasta & Fresh Vegetables
Sweet Pineapple Bites

This smelled so good!  It was really yummy and great to have something warmer than a salad.

I haven’t had this one for a while but I enjoy it every now and then.

Day 6 - Monday

Mmm Cheesy
Breakfast: Fresh Omelette (Two Eggs, Ham & Tomato Mix and Cheese)

It's not really an Omelette because I can't be @$$ed making one up and then folding it over etc etc.  I cooked my eggs in the usual way, in a microwave safe mug with 1 tablespoon of water for about 1 minute per egg, take out and top with mix and cheese.

Morning Snack: Red Apple

Lunch: Soy Chicken Tender, Asian Salad and Peking BBQ Sauce in a Wrap
Vanilla Pears with Orange Syrup

I remember that I wasn't really a fan of this last time, but I didn't mind it today.  I think I was really hungry.

Well, it was Shepherd's Pie ;)

Plating fail! Ha ha oh well, it was still delicious.

I went to the doctors today to get off these horrible meds that are making me really ill.  I will give you a further update on my experiences soon.

A lovely Curry for lunch, no issues with the Chicken and nice and warm :)
