Thoughts on this week
I enjoyed this week and the Easter break. While I didn't go crazy and eat everything in sight, I didn't count calories or exercise. I do wonder what the scales will say next week but I'm not going to let it worry me. :)
Goals for next week
I have gradually brought the water intake back up, which is good so I'm going to keep trying. I want to get back into my exercise routine, but as of today I feel as if I'm getting sick. So annoyed! It has been a pretty stressful week personally and I haven't been sleeping the best. Hopefully I can knock this cold on it's @$$ quick and get back into the swing of things.
I've decided not to include the extra figures on Muscle Mass, Body Fat Percentage etc, as since February they haven't really changed. I still have my initial figures on this blog so I will compare them later on in my journey. If there is a significant difference I will mention it in the weigh in post.
