Thoughts on the
last three weeks
Hi
Everyone!!! I’m so sorry that I went missing for a few weeks! I got a really bad virus that knocked me out
and I didn’t feel like blogging and just concentrated on resting and getting
better. I then became an Aunty!!! I took a break and spent some time with my
family through this exciting time!
I then
had my birthday and celebrated with family and close friends. It was a very busy few weeks but
I enjoyed every moment and I’m glad to be back blogging again.
I didn’t
take photos of what I ate, I didn’t track calories in My Fitness Pal but I
tried to eat reasonably healthy most of the time. During this time I did try a Peanut Butter
Tim Tam (wasn’t a fan), a Red Velvet Tim Tam (was a fan), a Lindt Peanut Butter
Ball (omfg yes!), a slice of Raspberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake for my
birthday and a beautiful Italian dinner that I don’t even want to guess the
calories for! However I still lost
weight because I was still eating healthy the majority of the time and I did
quite a bit of walking.
I’m
pretty happy with a 2.7 kg loss in three weeks!
I can’t believe I am 2.5 kg shy of 30 kg! It blows my mind!
Goals for next week
I want to get exercising
again, some dancing, walking and strength training. I have been bad with my water intake again so
I that is my challenge for next week.
