Pie vs Pizza - Weight Loss Week Eight Day Six Lite and Easy (Lite n' Easy)

Cheesy, Hammy Deliciousness
Breakfast: Smokehouse Ham, melted Cheese and Tomato on a toasted Multigrain Muffin
I forgot the Tomato!  I had four hours sleep and then went to catch up with my family for the day, so don't judge me. :P

Regardless, cheese, ham and muffin still equals deliciousness.

Morning Snack:  Orange

Mmm Pie

Lunch: Shepherd’s Pie and a Two Fruits Fruit Cup

I really enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie, my family had pizza & garlic bread again so I brought my lunch.  I didn't feel like I was missing out though, it was really good.

Afternoon Snack: Vanilla Yoghurt

I didn't eat my snacks today which is bad I know, when I'm out and socialising I find it harder to eat my snacks.

Butter Chicken with water logged rice anyone? 
Dinner: 181 Butter Chicken

This wasn't very nice tonight, the rice was water logged.  I think sometimes there is too much ice build up in the meal.  I usually really enjoy this, the sauce was still good but the rice really let it down. 

Glasses of water: 5

Additional Items: Homemade Coffee (low fat milk, no sugar)
Coke Zero 600 ml

Exercise: None

I was out most of the day and I could barely walk anyway. After dancing for five hours on Sunday night, my feet were still so sore.
